Silver Nickel applied to low-mid load switch, micro relay and low-load contactor, as well as AC Circuit Breaker. With fine electric conductivity and anti-melting capability, it can be used under low contact pressure. Compared to Silver-Copper Alloy, Silver-nickel has lower and stabler contact resistance. The capacity of anti-electric arc burning is improved as the content of nickel increases, while the resistance will increase together.

Our Silver nickel adopts advanced artcraft of Powder Preoxidized Burning and Extrusion, with high alloy density and even structure. We offer the Silver-nickel products with Nickel content between 10%-30%, including wire, ribbon, odd metal and bimetal rivet etc. We also offer the Silver-nickel Alloy with appointed solder layer, which is subject to your requirement.
